              J. Harrington and Bold Apparel had their 1st annual fashion show that consisted of many different local designers in Jacksonville, FL. on 4/18/15. The designers were; Shameka Williams (Miss Meka's Accessories), Shamara Sloan (SDS Fashions), Emmanuel Kennedy & Lucas Colon (Felix & Ace), And Bold Apparel. A lot of guest attended the fashion show including Former NBA player of the Los Angeles Lakers Ruben Patterson, Professional dancer/actor Woody McClain, Keshia Jones of BLN Agency, and many others. I'm starting a discussion board and today me and a good friend Brandon Chambliss was having a discussion about the infamous Birkin bag. This is a $98,000 bag. Would you purchase this bag if you had the funds to?

Brandon: "No I would not! It's not worth it. I feel that this bag should be the purse version of the magic school bus! It better do some tricks or be able to pop out anything I ask for!"

Me: "I like the bag but for $98,000 it better solve world hunger!"

What's your opinion on the Berkin bag? 

 The purpose of this Styleology episode was to show how you can recreate your wardrobe. By simply changing one item I turned a conservative look into a more spicy nightlife look. Let's take a look!

Take 1: Conservative
Model Nicole Snyder had a red pencil skirt, which is her favorite style of skirt, and is used for mostly creating a conservative, work related look. I chose to create a 90's style work look by adding the color royal blue along with the red pencil skirt she provided. I chose a long length blazer which was very popular at the time. The 90's was known for it's colorful attire reds, blues, greens, yellows, and also prints. By adding the black and white polka dot blouse I thought it would add a little life to the plain garments and help enhance more of a 90's feel!

Take 2: Nightlife
This was pretty simple. I found a sheer print blouse that added spice to the look which made it more of a nightlife look. The pencil skirt kept it tasteful and conservative.

There are worst dressed lists, then there's this list. Sure, there've been plenty of red carpet highs at the SAG Awards in years past, but the low moments just might eclipse them entirely. Brace yourselves, we're about to discuss.

It's nothing personal, but Debra Messing looked flat-out bizarre in a funky chartreuse gown at the 2004 show. From quirky to drab, Rose Byrne entirely underwhelmed in a matronly floral Valentino gown with ample ruffles and poor styling at the 2013 SAGs.

We get it: Color is great. But too much of a good thing can be very ugly, as demonstrated byKyra Sedgwick's pastel-rainbow gown from the 2005 red carpet. And we only have one thing to say to Mayim Bialik about her Rachel Livingston custom-made Victorian nightgown from 2014: Why?! Just why. She should've learned from Anne Hathaway back in 2006, as she committed a similar red carpet offense in her own black and blue nightgown design.

Gabrielle Union went bold in a mauve-hued halter number by Honor. A bit tame, but timeless nonetheless.

Viola Davis walked away with the Favorite Actress in a New TV Series award in a form-fitting red gown. Absolutely stunning.

Jane The Virgin won Favorite New TV Comedy! The star’s show Gina Rodriguez was the belle of the ball in beautiful printed dress with an illusion neckline and ruffle detailing.

Bella Thorne opted for a menswear-inspired look in head-to-toe Armani. Hot!

A stunning Alberta Ferretti LBD and showstopping accessories were ScandalFirst Lady Bellamy Young’s choices for the awards show. She always gets it right on the red carpet doesn’t she?

Grey’s Anatomy’s Kelly McCreary showed off her toned gams in a cutout printed number.

Kelly’s co-star Ellen Pompeo couldn’t have been more chic in a lace Elie Saabjumpsuit.

It was all about the classics for Olivia Munn as she paired a black and white sequin stripe look from Giambattista Valli’s Haute Couture collection with red lips. She’s always gorgeous.

Anthony Anderson paired a three-piece suit with shelltop Adidas. I’m sure his Black-ishcharacter would approve, but a shoe wouldn’t have hurt!

Katharine McPhee was on-trend in a two-tone Balmain crisscross halter crop top and high-waist black and white stripe pencil skirt from the French fashion house. She looked good no?

Portia de Rossi wore my favorite silhouette in a cobalt Zuhair Murad jumpsuit, while Ellen let her wife’s look play centerstage in a cream ensemble. Best looking couple of the night hands down!

Entourage’s Adrian Grenier opted for a classic tux with contrast lapels.
